Mary Anne’s 4th book in the Reflections from the Red Kayak Series – Paddlin’ with Thoreau
After three and a half years of immersing herself in Henry David Thoreau’s life – reading his works, sauntering his woods, paddling his waters and summiting his mountains – this labor of love is complete. As a long-time student of Thoreau, Mary Anne brings his wisdom forward from over 200 years ago to today. In a collection of essays reflecting on his quotes and philosophy, Mary Anne shares her insights. Henry found his answers in nature, and it is her hope that we too, will seek ours in nature today.
